Our Thesis
Conduit Connect invests to create a world where it is possible to live a healthy, fulfilling and sustainable 100+ year life. To achieve this, our environment, our healthcare systems and our economic structures need to evolve and become much more resilient than they are at present.
We believe that the best founders are those that are both impact and commercially-driven – they are fuelled by their passion to improve the planet and sustain its population, and they are poised to leverage major global trends including regulatory shifts and changing consumer demands.
We back Pre-seed to Series A, UK-based start-ups with diverse founding teams and scalable, impactful business models.
Our Pillars
Conduit Connect is at the heart of Europe’s impact investing ecosystem. In 2018, we launched as an impact investing platform, connecting values-aligned impact investors to vetted impact investment opportunities and events. In 2021, we launched the Conduit EIS Impact Fund, to back the most scalable impact ventures in the UK.

We believe in investing in diverse teams and building a diverse team and LP base. We are a female-founded venture firm with diversity throughout our venture partners and investment committee. We infuse diversity into our diligence process and as a result, our portfolio is gender and ethnically diverse.

Conduit Connect leverages an appointed panel of sector experts to invest in multiple impact sectors including climate, health and future of work, diversifying both impact and risk.

Conduit Connect is the sister organisation of the Conduit Club, a global membership organisation of 4,000+ impact investors and entrepreneurs with clubs in London and Oslo. This provides proprietary deal flow and expert resources for portfolio founders and the investment team.

Conduit Connect only invests ventures that have impact at the very core of their business models. We believe impact is a commercial value driver and that impact-driven ventures will be the most successful long-term investments. The FCA has certified our funds as ‘Sustainability Impact’ – the most stringent impact label.
